Terms and Conditions – That Cupcake Place

By placing an order with That Cupcake Place, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms
   All orders must be paid in full a minimum of three (3) full days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
   Orders will not be commenced or prepared until full payment has been received and cleared.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

   • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least three (3) full days before the scheduled pick-up date.

   • Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and partial preparation may have already commenced.

3. Order Confirmation
   Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of confirmation.

4. Changes to Orders
   We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders made more than three (3) days prior to pick-up, however this cannot be guaranteed. No changes can be made within three (3) days of the scheduled pick-up date.

5. Collection of Orders
   Orders must be collected at the agreed time. We cannot be held responsible for items not collected on the scheduled date.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
   That Cupcake Place takes great care in the preparation of all products; however, we cannot guarantee our kitchen is free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, or dairy. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
